We are a development of the Leicester Jamaican Commmunity Service Group, a local black voluntary organisation constituted to develop cultural, educational and social projects for the benefit of the African Caribbean community.

WISCP started in 1984 through a combination of funding from the Urban Programme, Leicestershire County Council and funds from the Housing Corporation administered by Leicester Housing Association.

Innovation and the provision of high quality services tailored to meet the express needs of our clients has resulted in the continued success of WISCP.
